We're piloting a controls module at our first live site: soft automation that asks before it acts. A push notification confirms the plan — "Scheduled to open at 9pm tonight, is that still right? Reply Y or N" — and your reply triggers the pre-programmed response: pre-cooling to setpoint, holding a schedule, adjusting a minimum. Nothing runs your equipment silently in the background; every action starts with a text you approve.
